ABOUT ME
My name is Robert Yackel, My studio is located in the Atlanta Georgia area. I have spent most of my working life as a sign painter and billboard illustrator.
Together with my daughter Stacie, we have created Sunworld Art. While I focus on fine art, Stacies emphasis is children’s whimsical art.
Together we create faux painting and murals. Stacie has received all her art training from me.
Qualifications
· Studied figure drawing and painting with Frank Reilly, President/Society of Illustrators in New York City.
· 4 years of training in commercial art at the Pan-America Art School in New York City
· Training illustrator U. S. Air Force
· 20 years experience as a sign painter, painting billboards, signs and wall illustrations
· Freelance portrait painter, wall muralist and decorative faux painter
